Greetings!

We are pleased to announce the conduct of the 2022 DISTRICT 1 PAKULO on May 21, 2022, Saturday at Helena Z Benitez National Program and Training Center, Calamba Road, Sungay East, Tagaytay City, Philippines.

However as part of the safety of everyone only FULLY VACCINATED is allowed to attend the event.

Please take note that even though gatherings for recreation purposes are now allowed, health and safety protocols must still be followed and are still being enforced. Don't take off masks unless to eat and drink or unless absolutely necessary.

REMINDERS:
  1. OPEN to all Registered Participants and PARA members
  2. Present your PARA ID to the registration table
  3. Expired PARA Membership can renew onsite thru the PARA Secretariat
    (Please bring photocopy of your valid amateur license ARSL/AROC)
  4. Strictly NO WALK-IN. REGISTRATION is a must.
  5. Swap Meet/ Flea Market / Food and beverage vendors shall secure a permit from the Technical Work Group (TWG) Committee
HELENA Z BENITEZ NATIONAL PROGRAM AND TRAINING CENTER REGULATIONS
  1. Only Registered vehicles will be allowed to enter the venue
  2. NOT Allowed inside the park are the following:
    - Picking of Flowers or any other plants
    - Alcoholic Beverages
    - Pets
    - Vandalism
    - Smoking (tobacco or vape)
  3. Keep the center clean at all times & observe proper waste segregation
IATF GUIDELINES FOR A SAFE GATHERING:
  1. No Vaccination Card No Entry
  2. Please always wear your face mask Observe Physical Distancing
  3. Observe minimum health standard protocol

There are no food stalls within the venue as such all visitors are encouraged to bring their own food/drinks. However the GSP Helena Benitez NPTC is offering food service. Please see details below.
