2020 75th Oceania DX Contest

Calling all contesters – help us celebrate the 75th year!

First established in 1934 and earlier known as the VK/ZL contest, the Oceania DX Contest continues to grow. Please join us again for the 75th running of this international HF radio activity over the first two weekends of October.

PHONE: 06:00 UTC Saturday 3rd Oct to 06:00 UTC Sunday 4th Oct 2020
CW: 06:00 UTC Saturday 10th Oct to 06:00 UTC Sunday 11th Oct 2020

Note the new operating times – this year the contest starts and ends at 06:00 UTC. Otherwise the arrangements are the same as last year. A copy of the latest version of the rules and list of plaques is attached.

Rules for the 75th 2020 Oceania DX Contest

Thanks to our generous sponsors, numerous plaques are up for grabs again this year – and here are the new ones available for 2020:

INDONESIA Phone Single-Op 40M Plaque for Advanced and Extra Class licensees

Note that Rule 12b has been added to clarify how plaques will be awarded in the event that an entrant is eligible for more than one plaque.

We encourage you to have a go and submit a log, even if you only make one or two QSOs, so we can verify these QSOs when calculating the final scores for all entrants. Upload your log via http://www.oceaniadxcontest.com/html/enter.html .
