A new Amateur Radio Club in District 5 (Region VIII) duly endorsed by NTC Commissioner Gamaliel A Cordova last 10 July 2017 to SEC and was registered at SEC Main Office, Phil Int'l Convention Center, Pasay City last 20 Jul 2017 with Registration No. CN201724047.
It was founded by seven(7) amateur radio optrs on 26 Feb 2017 after the Sunday Fellowship at the old LJOR Church, Maharlika Hway, Alangalang, Leyte namely:
Philippine Amateur Radio Association affiliated the club last 06 April 2019 with Certificate of Affiliation Nr. 0263-19 given on the evening of 06 April 2019 during the PARA Convention hosted by ACCESS-5 Inc at EVSU Gym by no other than the PARA Chief Operating Officer OM Roberto Vicencio-DU1VHY and received by BCG-5's PRO Eiderf John C Go-DW5BHA in behalf of the BCG-5 Pres. The club was further accredited with NTC Certificate of Accreditation Nr. 255-19 approved by NTC Commissioner Gamaliel A Cordoba dtd 06 May 2019.
NTC Region 8 approved the club's call sign of DX5GBC and with the standby frequency at 144.620 Mhz dtd 19 Sep 2019.
