**Location:** NTC Multipurpose Hall, Quezon City
**Time:** 7:30 AM

Requirements:

1. Any valid Government issued ID
2. Certificate of attendance of seminar issued by NTC accredited Amateur Radio Club
3. ID picture (1”x1”) taken within the last six (6) months [Two (2) pcs.]
4. For upgrade to higher class, Copy of valid AT-ROC
