PNP PARA Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

The PNP PARA Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing held on April 13, 2023 at the Multipurpose Center of the National Headquarters Philippine National Police in Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City. In Conjunction with the 14th Anniversary of the PNP Directorate for Information and Communications Technology Management (DICTM). The MOU Signing is attended by PNP Key Officials headed by The Director of DICTM PMGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON, The Director of PNP Communications and Electronics Service (CES) PBGEN PREXY D TANGGAWOHN and for PARA is the Chief Operating Officer PMGEN RAMON "Chen" PURUGGANAN, (PNP RET) DU1CHN, PARA Vice COO Mr. Romeo Isidro, DU1SMQ and PARA Secretary General Mr. Lawrence Atanacio, DU1SVY.

We would like also to thank and acknowledged the former PARA Boards/Officers Sulpicio Henry M. Legaspi Jr.,4F9DOC, Roberto Jose C. Vicencio, DU1VHY (SK), Leo M. Almazan, DU3ZX, Rolando B.
