How to form a Club and Affiliate


  1. Gather at least 25 licensed amateurs who are inclined to join your group
  2. Register your group with the Securities and Exchange Commission
  3. Secure the endorsement of your PARA District Manager
  4. Write a letter of intent (to affiliate with PARA) addressed to the Board of PARA and attach the endorsement letter of the PARA District Manager, 25 valid amateur radio licenses; SEC Certificate of Incorporation, Articles of Incorporation and By Laws
  5. Pay the application fee for the Club with PARA and the membership dues of the 25 members of your club
  6. Receive affiliation certificate from PARA
  7. Fill up NTC forms and file your application for Amateur Radio Club license with the NTC and attach your PARA certificate of affiliation
  8. PARA can assist your club in applying for an NTC Amateur Radio Club license

  9. Note:
    NTC requires 25 licensed amateurs in order to recognize a club, while PARA requires 15
